Todd is the guy you'd least expect to find in advertising. For the first 12 years of his professional life he chased disasters, murders and mayhem as a breaking news reporter for The Dallas Morning News. Then the Internet came along and he discovered he could speak geek and translate it into something everyone understood. That's when he became a nationally syndicated columnist explaining the early days of the Internet.

It wasn’t long until he put those skills to work for ad agencies in Texas and eventually JWT, helping clients such as Hyundai, Nokia, Chick-fil-A, The Home Depot, Pepsi and AT&T find a home online. But his greatest thrill came from working with the United States Marine Corp, where he has helped the venerable institution find its voice in social media.
